Viva La Veggies: Stovetop: In a medium saucepan, bring 2-1/4 cups (530ml) of water and 1 cup (235ml) Viva La Veggies to a boil. Cover with tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes and cool completely before serving.

Southern Feast: Microwave: Place 1 cup (235ml) of Fiesta Feast on the Fly in a large microwaveable bowl. Add 1-1/4 cups (295ml) of water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, just until water begins to boil. Attend microwave during cooking to prevent boiling over. Remove from microwave, cover tightly, and let cool before serving.
